Did you know…
volunteering for the PTO doesn't have to mean hours of grueling work? We appreciate any amount of time you can offer. Consider signing up for the “General Volunteer List”. This is an easy, no-commitment opportunity to show your support for Fabyan! When the PTO has a need for volunteers or donations, an email is sent to the General Volunteer List with the details of what is needed. If you are able to provide for what is being requested, you simply respond to the email. If you are unable to assist with that request, you can ignore the email and delete it. Please visit the 2013-14 Committee & Volunteer Sign Up link above to sign up now!
Get a great start to your day by walking or biking to school each Wednesday in May. We encourage parents to join in - we do not have extra crossing help for these days and we want all of our students to be safe. Remember to follow the rules about biking to school which are outlined in the District's Elementary Parent Handbook: https://www.geneva304.org/parent_resources/documents/2012-2013_Elementary_Parent_Handbook.pdf
Walk to School
Thank you parents, shoppers and fourth graders for your support throughout the year to make our School Store so successful! Thank you to the parents who came to school early with their fourth graders on Thursdays to help run the store. A special thank you to Lisa B., Chrissy D., Debbie M. and Sandy K. who helped manage the store. The fourth grade students worked very hard this year. 100% of the proceeds go towards the Fourth Grade Fundraiser Program to help support their Outdoor Education trip in the fall as 5th graders!
